Pilot's seat installed. The back support was not strong enough and broke free from the back, so we glassed it on both sides with two layers of BID.

Positioning the ribs on the D-cell. This was a slow process. We made tabs of 0.016 metal that would slide under both D-cell skins and align the ribs fore and aft.
