Positioning the ribs on the D-cell. This was a slow process.  We made tabs of 0.016 metal that would slide under both D-cell skins and align the ribs fore and aft.

Description : The first thing to do is marking the location of the ribs- all flanges face to the right wing tip. Then you drill a couple of holes to attach them square to the top surface.
